HOW IT WORKS
- Start your custom order request — Fill out our Google Form or text us directly with the name you’d like on your pendant.
- We coordinate with you — We’ll personally reach out to discuss your font/design, size, material, enamel color, glitter color, and chain options.
- We confirm your final price — Once your design is approved, we’ll send you a secure invoice/checkout link for full payment.
- We create your piece — Production begins after payment is received. Turnaround is approximately 2–3 weeks after design approval & payment.
⚠️ No payment is collected when submitting an order request. You’ll receive a secure checkout link after your design and final price are confirmed.
